Clause 2.1

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with vb8022 and to access any of the games, betting markets, or financial services available on the platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. vb8022 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where the player cannot satisfactorily verify that they meet the minimum age requirement.

Clause 2.2

Account Registration

To use vb8022, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to notify vb8022 promptly of any changes to your registration information.

vb8022 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Registering more than one account — whether under the same or a different name, email address, phone number, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited.

Clause 2.3

Identity Verification (KYC)

vb8022 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued national identity card (NID) or passport
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your name)
• Selfie or live photo for facial verification purposes

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the time frame specified by vb8022 may result in temporary restriction or permanent closure of your account, and any pending withdrawal may be placed on hold pending verification.

Clause 2.4

Prohibited Jurisdictions

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of vb8022 complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. vb8022 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction. Players who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

Clause 3.1

Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your vb8022 username, password, and any one-time passcode (OTP) issued to your registered phone number or email address. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. vb8022 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone.

Clause 3.2

Unauthorised Access

Clause 3.3

Account Closure

You may request the closure of your vb8022 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements. Accounts that have been suspended due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions are not eligible for balance withdrawal pending investigation.

Clause 4.1

Clause 4.2

Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by vb8022 and may be updated from time to time. The current minimum deposit is ৳200. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher transaction limits. vb8022 reserves the right to apply additional limits at any time without prior notice.

Clause 4.3

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Processing times for bank transfers may vary and can take up to 24 hours in exceptional circumstances. vb8022 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending additional verification checks. Any withdrawal request that cannot be verified to the satisfaction of vb8022's compliance team may be declined and the funds returned to the player's account balance.

Clause 4.4

Currency

All transactions on vb8022 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). vb8022 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred as a result of using an international payment card are the sole responsibility of the player.

Clause 5.1

General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by vb8022 are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds. Players are advised to read the specific terms of each promotion before claiming any offer.

Clause 5.2

Bonus Abuse

vb8022 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, placing opposing bets to neutralise risk while satisfying bonus conditions, and any other activity that vb8022 reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit its promotional offers unfairly.

Where vb8022 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, we reserve the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, recover any promotional funds already withdrawn, and permanently close the player's account without notice.

Clause 5.3

Wagering Requirements

Where a bonus is subject to wagering requirements, the full wagering amount must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be processed. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games, slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages as specified in the individual promotion terms.

Prohibited Activities

• Using a VPN, proxy, or other method to circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to access your account

Clause 6.2

Integrity of Sporting Events

vb8022 takes match-fixing and sports integrity extremely seriously. Any player who is found to have bet on sporting events in which they have had any direct or indirect involvement in influencing the outcome, or who is found to possess advance knowledge of fixed outcomes, will have their account permanently closed and all associated funds forfeited. vb8022 cooperates fully with relevant authorities on all sports integrity matters.

Clause 7.1

Player Protection Tools

vb8022 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Session time-out — set a reminder or automatic logout after a defined period of play

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vb8022 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or any other commercial damages or losses. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, vb8022's liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

Clause 8.3

Service Availability

vb8022 aims to provide uninterrupted access to its platform 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary interruptions. vb8022 accepts no liability for losses that arise as a direct result of platform downtime or interruptions to service.

Clause 9.1

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of vb8022, you agree to first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. vb8022 will endeavour to respond to all disputes within 5 business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, both parties agree to escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution process described in vb8022's Dispute Resolution Policy.

Clause 9.2

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.

Clause 9.3

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on vb8022.org, constitute the entire agreement between you and vb8022 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between the parties relating to the subject matter herein.
